DHM completes the final step, involving the homologation process and subsequent entry onto the market, of projects of customers who create innovation in their sector, often finding ourselfes in the situation of guaranteeing total confidentiality of the information received from the moment of the first meeting.
This need becomes even more crucial when supporting the design and development of a product, especially if the solutions precede the patent application.
For this purpose, we sign a confidentiality agreement with our customers to formally and legally undertake the responsibility for the custody of sensitive information, both directly acquired and subsequently processed.
The Confidentiality Agreement (or NDA – Non-Disclosure Agreement) in short, binds DHM to maintain the maximum confidentiality regarding any information received during the collaboration (provided it is not already public knowledge) with the customer.
This confidentiality obligation also extends to our employees and any external collaborators associated with DHM, ensuring that they operate with the maximum respect for our customers’ privacy and know-how.
A part of the laboratory and our sample warehouse is for this reason accessible only to our staff, and is protected by locks with fingerprint reading, which also record every access, to guarantee our customers complete confidentiality regarding their prototypes.
Furthermore, in case of need to use customer-proprietary software or particular confidential files, a protected laptop stored in a safe is dedicated exclusively to a customer, in order to guarantee the maximum level of privacy.
